  7.  About The Program:
  8.     SmallClock is a small program that shows the time of day in a tiny
  9.     borderless window.
  10.     It can be started from shell as well as Workbench (WBStartup).
  11.  
  12.     SmallClock can be stopped in three ways:
  13.         1) Pressing 'remove' in Exchange
  14.         2) Starting it a second time
  15.         3) Sending it a CTRL_C
  16.  
  17.     SmallClock takes the following parameters:
  18.         CX_PRIORITY=(-128 -> 127)
  19.         XPOS=(0 -> x)
  20.         YPOS=(0 -> y)
  21.         FRONTPEN=(0 -> 255)
  22.         BACKPEN=(0 -> 255)
